Q: Why use Great Lakes E-Cycle and not the city-recycling program?
A: The city only picks up electronic devices once a year and most of it ends up in a landfill. We at Great Lakes E-Cycle pick up items 360 days of the year and none of it ends up in a landfill.

A: You may be able to update your pc a couple times but this will last only so long. In the end you are going to need to purchase a new P.C. Just make sure that your P.C. is disposed properly.

A: If you wish to have your computer memory (RAM) returned, please request it and we will give it to you. However if you do not request to receive your memory back it will be shredded and disposed of properly.
